Community Decoration Event

Halloween party pics and video

Tonight we had our Halloween party! It was a success! The kids had a blast! Plenty of food, sweets and activities for everyone! I would like to thank everyone who helped organize this event. Click here to view all the pictures and video.
New Pool Chairs

We have assembled our new pool chais today. They look much better than the old ones. Putting these chairs was a big pain in the you know what but it’s all worth it in the end. Please be sure to take very good care of the chairs so they last many many years to come. Read more about is and view pictures here.
Suspicious Activities

This morning around 1:30 am our security cameras captured 2 individuals trying to break into our cars and open the garage door. We called the SJSO and they came over to take a report. This is a great reminder for everyone to make sure your cars are always locked and your garage doors as well. We currently have a community watch group for Timberwood Landing at the Ring Neighbor app. We recommend you to download and participate, even if you don't own a Ring security system. Halloween Party

As some of you might know, Joey Schiraldi is planning our 1st Timberwood Landing halloween party for the kids of our community. After today's meeting with several of our neighbors and some great feedback, we have decided to more the party date to October 26th. That way, we can have our party and stay home to give out candy on halloween day. Click here to view the event details.
Christmas Party
