This page provides the community with information on future ARB meetings.
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, If Needed. Requests must be submitted at least 20 days in advance of a meeting to allow for processing. In order to avoid fines being levied, no non-essential work shall begin prior to receiving ARB approval. Any work requiring a St Johns County building permit must meet all county requirements in addition to the Timberwood Landing Covenants and Restrictions.

All meetings are held at the Clubhouse.
